Xianni Stalling of South Philadelphia was arraigned just after 3:30 a.m. on Thursday, May 11, state court filings show.

City police told Daily Voice she is charged with hindering apprehension, escape, and criminal use of a communications facility in addition to conspiracy. They did not say how they believe she aided in the jailbreak.

Authorities have said that Nasir Grant, 24, and Ameen Hurst, 18, escaped the facility on State Road sometime on Sunday. The two appeared to have cut a hole in a fence in the recreation yard before making their escape, Daily Voice reported.

Hurst has been tied to homicides dating back to 2020 while Grant was being held on drug and weapons charges since last September.

Both men are still "in fugitive status" as of Thursday, a PPD spokesperson said.

Stalling's bail was set at 10 percent of $500,000 and she is due back in court for a preliminary hearing on May 30, according to court filings.
